The Story Behind Monte
Monte was born from a very personal experience: As a father of a child in a daycare, I saw every day how much organizational effort goes on behind the scenes – paper chaos, messy chat groups, lost information.
So I sat down and built a small app for our facility. A bulletin board for news, a meal plan, a simple absence report. What started as a weekend project grew quickly: The team wanted a group journal, parents asked for a chat, the director needed user management.
Today Monte is a complete daycare app – born from real needs, not from a business plan. Every feature was tested in everyday use before it found its way into the app. And that’s exactly what makes the difference: Monte doesn’t feel like software, but like a tool that truly understands daycare life.
